Jalen Brunson

Jalen Brunson is a dynamic and skilled guard who has rapidly become a significant player in the National Basketball Association. The NBA All Star and All-NBA Second Team selection, currently plays for the New York Knicks and has distinguished himself as one of the league’s most reliable and clutch performers. In the 2023-2024 season, he achieved career-high averages in points and assists and had over 36 games with 30+ points, playing a pivotal role in leading the Knicks to the playoffs. His leadership and clutch performances have made him a fan favorite and a critical asset to his team. In recognition of his influence and leadership both on and off the court, Jalen was named the 36th team captain in Knicks history.

The South Jersey native is a former two-time NCAA champion with the Villanova Wildcats, where he was the Consensus National Player of the Year in 2018. During his collegiate career, Brunson was instrumental in Villanova’s championship runs in 2016 and 2018, earning numerous accolades, including the Bob Cousy Award as the nation’s top point guard and being named Consensus first team All-American and National Player of the Year. Brunson was selected in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks, where he began his professional career before joining the Knicks in 2022.
